This page describes the information collected when you use the contact and account creation forms, or the contact means of the site. Do not send sensitive data to the form.

Information collected and purpose
The contact form can collect your name, email address, phone, topic, expertise, budget indication and content of your message. This information is used to receive, understand and process your request, and then to respond. The account form collects the name, first name, e-mail address and password recorded as a cryptographic hash; temporary tokens are used to confirm the address or reset the password. The plain password is not stored. Contact information sent freely by e-mail or WhatsApp is processed as part of this exchange.
Recipients and providers
Requests sent from the site are stored in the Supabase database of THEPEEAK. Accounts use Supabase Auth; profiles, client projects, achievements and products for sale are kept in access-protected tables (RLS). Portfolio files are hosted in Supabase Storage; The customer rooms use a private space. Access to applications, projects and administrative functions is limited to authorized accounts.
The Supabase project is currently hosted in the eu-west-1 region. Confirmation and reset emails depend on the Supabase email configuration. Any transfers outside Mali must be examined in the light of Malian law No. 2013-015, as amended, and the procedures of the APDP.
Exchanges opened by e-mail links and WhatsApp are then processed by the courier service chosen by the person. Applications sent via WhatsApp are subject to the conditions and policy of WhatsApp/Meta.
Conservation
Requests and account data are kept in the Supabase project for the time necessary to process and provide the service. The publisher must define and apply a shelf-life, an erasure procedure and a backup period. The durations of the confirmation and reset links depend on the Auth parameters of the project.
Your requests for your data
You can write to contact@thepeeak.com to request access to, rectification or deletion of information about you, or to oppose processing in the cases provided for by law. Malian Law No. 2013-015 includes rights of access and rectification (Articles 12–13) and right of opposition on legitimate grounds (Article 19). Conditions of use
The website provides general information about THEPEEAK and its services. The descriptions alone are not a firm offer or a quote. The scope, deadlines, prices and commitments of any mission shall be specified in a contract or estimate accepted by the parties.
The textual, visual, graphic and trademark elements presented on this site are reserved for THEPEEAK or their successors. Any reuse requires the consent of the right holder, unless there is a legal exception.
The site may include links to third-party services. THEPEEAK does not control their content or availability; their use is subject to the conditions and policies of the service concerned.
