Start with usage, not the number of pages

Distinguish the creation of recurring costs
Domain, hosting, some licenses, e-mail tools and maintenance can create recurring costs. The advertising budget and the commissions of a payment provider are still other items. Ask who rules them, how often and what happens if you stop.
An inexpensive site to create can become difficult to maintain if you do not have access. Identify the domain owner, the person responsible for renewals and the conditions for transferring content.
